I was so sick up until 17 weeks this pregnancy that all I could stomach was chicken soup and a protein drink. I lost 20 lbs. My baby has measured right on at every ultrasound. As long as you are taking your prenatal, trying to eat at least one meal a day, and staying hydrated, baby will be just fine. You always hear "eating for two" but in reality all you really need is about 300 extra calories a day.
