Vitex?

Has anyone ever tried Vitex I am just curious to hear people's stories. I started taking it today I hope it regulates my cycle!

I had a bad experience with it. I bled for over a month. My dr had to give me Provera to restart my cycle and make me stop bleeding. Use caution.

I take vitex. I started it because it's supposed to help you concieve. I've been taking it for about 3 months now. I've always had regular length cycles, but I did get clots and blood that wasn't a healthy bright red during them. Sry for TMI 😅. Once I started on the vitex my clots went away and the coloring became a healthy bright red. Didn't mess up my cycle at all, in fact, my cycle comes exactly every 15th, never misses. Only con is that for about a month when I started the vitex, the vitex gave me bad headaches. Headaches are a common side effect with vitex, they eventually go away.

I started taking it on Thanksgiving Day along with Maca. I have PCOS and can definitely say my moods are better. 4 montgs ago I had a Brazilian butt lift and Lipo Suction and after starting the Maca I started having soreness of the Butt.. I started freaking out thinking maybe it was infection from the surgery. I started really researching the herbs and realized the Maca causes the butt and in some cases the breast to grow, this is true.. lol  Im due for a cycle on the 22nd. Waiting to see what happens. I haven't been taking it a month yet so, I made need to wait another month or so for success.
