How are your little monsters with clothing & diaper changes?

It takes us SO long to change this kid lol. He either runs away, says no over and over, or pushes us away. We use tactics like preparing him, “we’re going to get dressed and then have breakfast” for example. I have him participate in dressing as much as he can and have tried giving him options to pick clothes but most of the time he just won’t pick.

I’ve learned that everything goes in phases, but I think changes have been impossible since he was around 12 months. I am an OT and don’t think he has any sensory issues.

Anyone have their kiddo come around and just be chill with dressing after a period of fighting it? Or any other tips we can try with this boy?
