Implantation bleeding or start of period?

Is this the start of my period or implantation bleeding? I started spotting last night pink and a little drop came out but that’s it and now this morning I have this light and red bleeding but with no cramps yet. I’m irregular, but I was expecting my period in about a week, not earlier. I had sex on April 17 and 18, I haven’t had sex since then, but last month’s period was quite normal but only lasted two and a half days or three with heavy cramps. PLEASE HELP!! :/
