Can anyone relate? I'm super nervous.

Ladies tell me your stories so I'm not so freaked out. So I thought I got my period May 23rd-28th.

I took a test May 28th because I just wanted to make sure that was my period since I was still experiencing some not so normal symptoms, and it was positive. today I'm bleeding/spotting. I went to the ER and my HCG level was 38 but the ultra sound showed nothing in my uterus yet..... I'm not in any pain and my doctor said it's probably just early pregnancy but they just don't know. I have to go for serial beta HCG testing, so 🤞my levels go up.

Anyone else experience anything similar. I'm really nervous, this is my second pregnancy. First baby was born healthy no complications.

I just need my mind eased.
