Sore spot upper left side of belly
I have a spot that’s just sore when I push on it and sometimes spasms when I get up or down. I’ve had round ligament pain and it’s not that- it’s really too high for that. I only noticed it at our 20 week ultrasound when he was pushing on it and it was sore. Has anyone else had something similar? I have my midwife appointment next week but I’ve never experienced this with my first pregnancy
