Lightning crotch before BFP

I had this with my first pregnancy just a day or so before I tested positive.

Late last night (5 DPO), I felt some pain/tugging/cramping in my right side immediately followed by tons of lower back pain. I laid down to go to sleep and not only did the back pain continue, but I had several instances of the shooting vaginal pain wonderfully named as "lightning crotch." Today, super achey thighs followed by a sciatic flare-up in my left leg. I wouldn't be thinking as much into this if it didn't happen right before my BFP with my son (or maybe I would.)

I was just wondering if any ladies have experienced the same thing - lightning crotch before they tested positive - for myself and for any other women that go looking for answers.
