Mucus plug? Please help

Mucus plug?? Im 21 week pregnant. Did sex at night and today afternoon this came out. Please help what could be this? Is this normal or should i call my doctor? Is it mucus plug? I had anatomy scan yesterday and everything was fine.

24+3 Happens to me the next day after sex . It could be your mucus plug but I know mucus plug regenerate. For me I didn’t have sex for a while then I didn’t notice the discharge anymore . I would say still talk to your doctor to be safe

Could be extra discharge or a very small piece of your mucus plug. Neither is cause for concern. Your mucus plug can shed and regenerate throughout pregnancy.
