Sex Drive during pregnancy

My husband has a very high sex Drive we connect and show our intimacy sexually his love language is definitely touch. During pregnancy I have no interest what so ever. I try to explain it’s not my fault but it seems to be getting to him maybe he feels insulted? I’ve had this conversation over and over where I cry and say it’s not my fault I can’t expect him to understand my body is going through something he can never feel ... but the arguing over it and the guilt of me being a bad partner really feels toxic . Not sure how to get him to understand anyone else have these conversations with there spouse?
