Pregnancy confusion

I tested positive this morning. I'm kinda lost on where I should be looking as far as conception date and how far along I should be. I miscarried February 18th and bled until February 27th. We had sex a couple days in March, but I had a light period in April. We had no sex in April and had sex the week of my May period, but it didn't come.

Edit: I just went through the sex dates and only 1 shows insemination....does that mean that's my conception date?? If so, that would put me at 13w3d!! How am I just feeling it now?? I'm so lost. I'll call my OB in the morning to schedule a blood test, but I HATE the wait!!
