Sleep schedule
My baby has been going through this sleep regression and it’s so crazy. She’s skipping her nap. She also fights bedtime and ends up not falling asleep until close to 10 or later. This makes her wake up time really late. She woke up at 8:40 this morning. She used to wake up at 7. And waking up that late will push her nap time back to 1:40. That’s really late and will make bedtime late. I’m stressing myself out trying to get her back on a schedule. Any advice on how to get her back on schedule?
