Does anyone on here bedshare?

Do you bed share? What is your experience with it? Do you love it? Hate it?

We do but I am attempting to ween her out of it. I don’t love it and I don’t hate it. Mine had awful reflux and the only thing that helped was bedsharing(I tried everything!) so to give my baby peace and sleep and the nourishment she my premie needed I loved it. I love being close to her and I feel I can protect her. However, I miss the closeness, cuddles and sex life with my husband. It’s a lot more difficult. With my second I won’t bedshare unless it’s absolutely necessary again.

This is my second baby that I've bedshared with and I'm exhausted. She needs to have at least her pinky toe touching flesh or she will wake up. She actually slept in her bassinet for like 10 hr stretches until the 4 month regression and then teething... and now here we are beyond thrilled when she gets in 5 hours.

We do! 🙋‍♀️ we actually have his crib side car between the wall and our bed. That way in case he rolls in his sleep he won’t roll off the bed. We’ve bed shared since he was like 3 weeks old. He NEVER sleeps by himself. I don’t mind it. I enjoy it actually because he’s such a snuggle bug 🥰 my husband doesn’t like it though and he tells me to put him in the pack and play all the time but I never do🤣🤷‍♀️

I did occasionally when I needed the sleep and she wouldn’t let me go. Now at 10 months we don’t bed share at all as she moves yo much and keep her dad and I awake! But I loved it when she was younger

We did dir the first 5 or 6 months. At least half the night, after her first wake up we would take her into our bed and I nursed her to sleep. At around 6 months, maybe a little sooner we put her in her crib in her room.
