Has anyone ever cut out a narcissist family member?

I think my sister is a narcissist. Maybe just self obsessed. But I’m completely drained from my relationship with her and we don’t even live in the same state. She sends me 50+ text messages a day about herself. She never acknowledges me or my family. It’s always about her. She will send long texts about how she’s not doing well mentally and things her therapist tells her and how all of her problems are because of our family. (Our family is normal and fine). This has been going on for years and a lot of the family doesn’t talk to her much because of it. She will say they’re all mentally ill and toxic and caused her childhood trauma. We had a very spoiled childhood. Went around the world. Good schools. Solid family. Idk what she’s talking about. But I don’t think she actually cares about me. If I text her anything about my life she either ignores the text or says “cool”. Would you cut her out? Idk what to do. I’m just exhausted.
