3-4 pregnancy symptoms??

If you knew you were pregnant (or could assume you were) at 3 to 4 weeks what were your earliest symptoms??

I was peeing more and had constant sharp pain on my left side for like a week and a half maybe two. Found out at 3weeks5days

I actually had 2 little spots of implantation bleeding in my underwear I wanna say a couple of weeks before I tested. I had some sharp chest pains and went to the hospital because I was concerned and they didn’t say I was pregnant or anything. Probably too early to tell. After that, like a week before my missed period my boobs were a little sore. My boobs never get sore. So the night before my period was supposed to come I tested. And now I have a 13 month old 😁

I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks 5 days and had no symptoms at all until 7-8 weeks!
