What kind of bites are these?

Only my daughter has these bites on her neither my husband or I have any… they also are itchy .. we do have an inside dog  also

Ants, mosquito, or spider. Given everything you mentioned, I'd say spider or ant. Likely a spider got in her crib or something. They hate peppermint. I'd rub everything (like crib, bassinet, & such) in peppermint oil, like from the baking aisle, safe to ingest and great protection for LO. Also, disinfect the bites with a little alcohol wipe or something. They look like the harmless ones as long as they don't get infected. We have TONS of spiders and ants where we live. My youngest likes to play in ant hills, get covered with the damn things, & don't cry about it...little psycho keeps us on our toes lol.

You and your husband don’t have them? Do you have any pets? (Sorry I didn’t fully understand your post)
Could be bed bugs (from what I have read they bite in a line and not everyone reacts to their bites)
If you have pets it could be fleas 
Besides that I don’t know could be anything.
