I think Arina is a pretty name. 
Arena feels awkward though, because of the word.

Can I suggest spring it Arrina? This would put the emphasis on the R sound and make it less like the traditional word for a sport venue (so it would be pronounced R-ee-na)

I would suggest either doing just Rose or just Belle as the middle name. The two combined make it a mouthful.

Arena means “sand” in Spanish. If you go with that name I would suggest a change of spelling (for other reasons already listed too).
