TTC 11months!HELP

My partner (45)and I (32) have been trying to conceive #4 for 11 months. According to clear blue ovulation tests I have ovulated regularly every single month. One of the months my dr confirmed ovulation via progesterone test. After 6 months we tried using pre seed and a cup to hold it in. He has had his sperm checked and doctor said he is way above average. Yet still no luck so far. I am trying not to give up hope. Our other 3 all took under 4 months to conceive. I was debating taking Myo-inositol. Is this only helpful if you’re not already ovulating?? Any ideas would be appreciated! 😊
