13 weeks & can feel baby move???

Question

Ok so this is my first pregnancy, I’m 13weeks and I swear I can feel when baby moves. Everyone says I shouldn’t feel anything however I have always been super sensitive and can tell which side I get my period. It feel like a butterfly just below my belly button or, if you tap very gently with your fingers tips on your belly. 
I could feel baby on my right when I had a private scan baby was on the right. Then I started feeling baby in the middle, when I had my first official scan through NHS baby had moved to the middle. 
Please someone tell me I’m not crazy 😂😂.

It's possible. But the baby isn't just below your belly button at this stage. It's still quite low in the pelvis still so it's possible you're actually feeling gas, but are relating it to the baby. Gas can feel exactly like a baby moving too. I know, I'll get chewed out for saying that ("it's not gas. I know what gas feels like"). It's possible I guess that it's the baby. They say 1st time moms feel it closer to 22 to 25 weeks. But seasons mom's as early as 13 week. But if a seasoned mom can feel it, maybe you can too!? I'm 18 weeks and still don't feel it and it's my 2nd pregnancy and I assumed I'd feel it by now. I felt it with my 1st pregnancy 22 weeks.
