Feeling of a UTI but tests said no?

I've been having the feeling of a UTI once or twice a week for the past couple weeks. I've had several UTIs in my life so I know what they feel like. I told my doctor at my last appointment and had my urine tested as well as my vagina swabbed for bacterial infections. Everything came back negative.

Has anyone else had this? I kinda wish it was a UTI so I could at least get medicine for it.

Luckily they do go away which my normal UTI doesn't. I just take a bath and drink lots of water but would still be great to figure out what this is so I could try and stop them from happening!
