Newborn crying while feeding

My 4 week old has lately started fussing at the breast, clawing at my boob, her face, frantically. I would think she isnt eating but she spits up a ton after feeding and poops and pees constantly. She has been coughing a bit more too. Maybe gas? Overeating? Waiting for my pediatricians office to call me back but I'm worried. Anyone had this happen?
