Rsv questions

My little one has rsv right now for the first time. I'm debating on taking him to children's hospital but it's an hour away and I'd hate to make the drive if they're just going to tell me to suction his nose and send me home. Last time I took him for similar symptoms that's what they did. He sounds fine during the day so I feel like they don't take me serious at all. Last night he woke up coughing, choking, wheezing, my poor baby couldn't breathe well while sleeping.
