2nd ectopic pregnancy ?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in September 2020.

I wanted to give my body a break and stay away from birth control and me and my partner for the last 8 months been careful . And successfully until

May 31st we had sex and he came in me twice the next I was ovulating may 28th and 29th morning June 1st I took a plan b only because I was so nervous of this miscarriage happening again .

I was supposed to get my period never did but the week I was supposed to get it which was June 12th I had on and off spotting like brownish pink but pain on my right side

Today this morning I had a positive test

Question is could it maybe be ectopic or a cause of the plan b.
