SO and money..

Soooo me and my SO have been together about 4 yrs. we have an 8month old now. Our first 2yrs together he didn’t pay any bills in the house because he was in between jobs. So the 3rd year we got another place together. He had a job and he paid all the bills there. Mind you I still had my house that I bought that i had bills at.. that he didnt help with at all after the move. we moved because it was a lot of drama in his family and alot of violence in the town so he wanted us to be safe during my pregnancy. So this past February we moved back into my house because everything died down and my house was also bigger for our family.., so in February, he didn’t give me any money for bills. So when march came i gave his the bills he needed to pay. He gave The money but he shorted me and every month after that he has always shorted me on the money that I need it from him which I don’t understand because he has a job now and I don’t get the problem with him shorted me on money every month. Everytime i confront him about it, he starts talking so much and going in circles that i just be like forget it… idk what to do. I’m grateful he is even giving anything but also feel like i shouldn’t be setting for him not doing his part when there are sooo many bills… idk what to do
