How to help her

So my daughter is 10.5 months old. And I don't know if she should be able to do this by this age, but she never ever even once tried it. So I'm talking about this wooden shaped blocks to put into the fitting whole, I guess. I'm not English, it's hard for me to explain. I show you a picture further down.

She always just takes the blocks out when they're in it but she never once tried to put it pack in.

I tried it with blocks in it, blocks out, a few blocks in. I modeled it to her a countless times. She is just not interested at all. If the Blocks are in, she takes them out but has no interest in all at putting them back in.

She's also not interested in putting two blocks on top of each other or anything similar. She just rips everything apart but not "builds" anything.

Takes everything out of a basket, not even one thing she will put in it..

Is everything OK? And what can I do to help her?
