Hip pain at night 🥲
What are some remedies for hip pain during the night?? I HATED the body pillow so i use a little throw pillow between my knees instead.
The pain is random too; sometimes it’s just the side im sleeping on, others it’s the side i’m not! I’m at a loss. It so hard to roll over to the other side it hurts so bad. I’m 29 weeks 😵💫
