Just need to get stuff off my mind

I found out I was pregnant with my second my first when so smooth and was so easy it was amazing! I got pregnant again and around 5 weeks I had a miscarriage I was so heart broken. Then a couple weeks ago I found out I was again and then went in for a ultrasound. I thought everything was going good. Then they found a cyst on my right ovary and then a small hemorrhage on my placenta they tell me both are common and not to freak. But it’s hard not to bc I’m around the time I had my miscarriage and when ever I feel discharge coming out I freak and think I’m bleeding. I have been having some sharp pains that’s not to bad just uncomfortable. Today I went to the bathroom and saw light brown discharge. I just started to ball bc I wanted this baby be the one that comes into this world. Has anyone gone through anything like this?
