Postpartum bleeding

I'm 5 weeks postpartum now, and still have low bleeding with a fair number of small blood clots. Some days I have more blood than others, but today I also had the largest blood clot come out so far, maybe 2inchds by 1 inch large (also, they had to manually deliver the placenta after delivery). I've had some minor cramping before this, and it's a bit stronger cramping in my lower back now (about 30 min after finding the clot).

My OB followup is Wednesday, should I try to get seen sooner or is this okay??
