Still bleeding.. broken 💔

I had a miscarriage around 5 weeks and bled from 3rd May till 8th. Got my period on 24th May and now again on 11th June..and still bleeding. Sometimes it's red, sometimes brown.. don't need to wear a pad, just a pantyliner but why am I still bleeding?? It's almost 11 days now.
