Does Zoloft affects ovulation?

Hi everyone,
My husband and I are trying to conceive and 3 months ago I’ve started taking Zoloft for anxiety issues. Over my past 2 cycles I’ve been getting “high” on fertility tests for 10+ days and no peak fertility or ovulation symptoms anymore. Has this happened with anyone? I’ve read and spoken with my doctor and it seems Zoloft is safe for pregnancies, but still feel there is something different going on since I’v e started taking it.

I was on it for years and it never affected it for me.

I know this post is old, but according to Google, Zoloft can raise prolactin levels, which in turn can prevenf ovulation. This is the same prolactin that occurs during breastfeeding that can too prevent ovulation, which some women think is the holy grail to not getting pregnant again, because it isn't. So if you are still trying to conceive, please look into it and speak with your doctor, as you thinking something was off is probably correct.
