Rh just means they have a positive blood type. I’m AB- and my daughter is A+. 0 issues. The only concern is the fact that I’m Rh negative so for all my pregnancy’s ill have to get the rhogam shot. With you being positive, you avoid that entirely.

Nothing at all wrong with being rh positive.  The only time it’s a concern is if you’re an rh- mother carrying an rh+ baby and it still rarely causes any complications.
