Caused by birth control, or pregnancy?

Hey all!

I have been on birth control for about 9 months now. I have not taken it regularly the last 2-2 1/2 weeks because of how crazy things have been. I have caught up with double doses and tomorrow is my first regular 1 pill day for a while. But I’m bleeding and I have cramps. Which isn’t normal. I’m not due for my period for a week maybe even a week and a half. The bleeding is very light, pinky-dark pink? Not red. My husband and I are active.

Do you think it’s worth testing? Or is it just from birth control imbalance? I’m fine either way, just wanna know what to do! Never had this happen before. Thanks!
