Transition to sippy cups?

Question

So my daughter just turned 10 months and she uses a sippy cup for water but when do I switch her to a sippy cup for milk? I’m thinking of taking her off the bottle before she turns a year old. But I’m just wondering how everyone else did it I’m a FTM and would love any suggestions or tips!

I made the transition from formula to milk in bottles, with my oldest. Then I put milk in sippy cups during the day. The nighttime bottle was the last one to go (I had him off bottles by 14 months, I think) and he really didn’t even miss bottles. 
When my daughter was born when he was 13m, he would try to take her bottles. It took him a couple months to stop taking them from her. 
I’ve been letting my daughter use sippies since 5m. Hopefully the transition is easy this time, too.

I’m wondering too. We also have only done water in a straw cup so just trying to figure out how when we starting switching bottles.
