Back fat while pregnant
So before I got pregnant I had lost weight I was at my goal weight weighing between 155 - 160 I’m 5’7 btw and I was working on toning my body well I got pregnant in the middle of that and I’m almost 30 weeks now and since around month 4 I’ve started to gain weight in my back and it’s the “bra fat” for me that I just hate and y’all I have 2 rolls on both sides 😂. I’ve started doing these prenatal back exercises and I know it’s not going to just burn off just like that but I’m just so over it now 😂 I’m literally just going to wait until I push her out and start my fitness journey over. It’s just the changes that your body goes through while being pregnant I just look at myself and I feel so big because of my back fat .
