PCOS??

I was diagnosed 3 years ago when I went in for severe cramps and heavy bleeding. My doctor checked with ultrasound and seen all the cyst. The only thing is I never experienced any other symptoms no mild weight gain or cystic acne that comes along or missing a period. He did see that I wasn’t ovulating then the next month I was pregnant. I’m 20 months postpartum and not experiencing any of those same cramps or heavy periods. Do you think I was misdiagnosed or maybe I don’t have a severe case of it?
