Bump on neck?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have this lump on the left side of my neck towards the back base of my skull. I noticed it around the time I started struggling with other issues that my doctor deemed a hormone imbalance and eventually PCOS. I had one doctor say it was a lipoma, OB said lymph node from maybe being sick?, and my PCP said sometimes people just get lumps and I should just ignore it. It has now been almost two years and it’s still there. Sometimes it aches a bit and it seems to change in size a bit but idk what causes the fluctuation. Just wondering if Anyone knows anything or has a similar experience!
