1. Make sure u donโt go to bed hungry.
2. Drinking warm tea or milk. Donโt eat an apple cause that will keep u awake.
3. Make sure u are comfortable and warm!
4. Listen to relaxing sounds on YouTube. It could be rainfall, thunder, light music, waves.
5. Have a teddy bear or pillow to cuddle. It really does help.๐ฅฐ
