Really early pregnancy symptoms….?

Hi All

My Husband and I just started trying again last week (unfortunately suffered a miscarriage recently).

Although it’s so early still, I feel like I’m having similar symptoms to the last time I was pregnant.

I’m curious to know if anybody else has had the following symptoms super early on or if I’m just imaging things-

1. Slightly tender breasts (nothing major but they feel fuller almost or tingly)

2. Really gurgly tummy (this is weird I know)

3. Headaches (again nothing major just enough to feel it)

4. Muscle/body aches, almost as if I were coming down with a cold or something

5. Tummy cramps / backache
