Please I need answers!!!

Ok so I had my son back in September via c section when they have me the meds my heart rate jumped to 160 and my chest started to hurt then they gave me meds to slow it down about two weeks after having him I started getting really bad chest pains so i went to er and they did a cat scan an x Ray an ekg everything came back ok so I was sent home they kept happening were I felt my heart rate go up I would get really dizzy and sweat so I went back to er they did more tests and couldn't find anything then after that I started to have this tight pressure on my chest like I couldn't breathe right and same signs dizziness etc . Went back a third time and they said it was anexity they gave me meds for that still doesn't work so today I'm still having pains and getting this burning in my chest and then felt so weird like I was going to pass out I now have to wait for new insurance because mine just ended but I need to see a cardiologist because I know something is not right!!! I'm so terrified and I don't know what's going on does anyone have any idea? Or has gone through this after a c section?? It's not a blood clot and I'm not pp
