When she was able to roll over around 7 weeks. I wish I could have kept her there longer but our bassinet rocked and I was terrified she would tip it. She did well, though. 11mo now and no issues.

We would have had her in our bedroom for the first few months but we have a 9 year old cat that has slept with me from day one of her life. We knew adding a baby would be a big change and weren’t sure how she’d react so we kept the baby in her room and my husband would stay awake late keeping an eye on the monitor soo I could get solid sleep in bed. It worked out wonderfully for us. My daughter has been a great independent sleeper, we’ll see what happens with baby 2!!
