Does anyone have any tips for getting my 18 month old to fall asleep independently? We sleep trained at 5 months so she sleeps through the night and puts herself back to sleep if she does wake up, but we got into the habit of rocking her to sleep every night and now I’m not sure how to break that. We have a nightly routine and pay attention to wake windows. We have another baby due in September so I’d like to have this figured out before he arrives. I guess we’re probably gonna have to do some form of cry it out and I’m dreading it 😫
