Blood nose
The other night my boy was grizzling not fully crying just grumpy in his bed but I went in to check on him because it was at a time that he normally doesn’t wake and got the fright of a life time when I saw his face covered in blood from his nose. It had stopped by the time I had gone in so no need to rush him to the ED but I have never seen a blood nose from him this bad before
