Started using protein powder and feel so much better
So for a couple of weeks I’ve been feeling kinda nauseous and weird. I haven’t been eating very healthy but for some reason my body has been craving healthy food (probably because that’s what my body needs) so today I decided to get protein powder because I stubble to get protein in. Today I woke up feeling gross and off but since drinking the protein smoothie I literally feel so much better. I’m not nauseous and I feel more awake. I got the orgain protein powder which was on the list of pregnancy safe ones. I also struggle with food because I have celiac disease which can make it difficult to find foods.
I just feel horrible that I haven’t been giving my baby what he needs. But I’m glad that I’ve started to figure it out.
Also I get my testing back tomorrow or Tuesday to tell me if I have anemia or Gestational Diabetes so fingers crossed I don’t 🤞🏻
