28weeks, questions!!😑

Ok so since I was 23 weeks I haven't went to the doctor, I feel my baby's moved but not alot like I see on videos I never feel both of my baby's moved at the same time, I'm a little nervous do you think if something was wrong or if one of my baby's is gone like I would of have smell or something, I'm just really nervous I recently changed city's so my new doctor doesn't want to see me until January 5 😕, I also get tired quickly and I have a hard time breathing, is anyone like me like you don't feel both of them moving??
