Bruised testicle?

My son was born 4days ago and the day he came home I noticed a little bruise on the top of his right testicle, close to the penis. They're also pretty red, but I think that's normal for newborn testicles. I of course googled it and am freaking out about blood clots, testicle torsion, etc. Because I overreact all the time. He has an appt on Wednesday, should I wait or call and ask? I don't recall my other boys having a bruise but he was bigger and his birth was fast and his face was bruised when he came out because he came out so fast lol but that bruise has gone away. Just wondering if anyone else's newborn boys had a bruised area down there?
