Story time: Someone thought I was a child sex trafficker!

This happened a couple weeks ago. I'm 21 my bf is 20. We have bdsm relationship. I'm a dom and he's my sub. He is also very shy and has anxiety so he's a very quiet person. You really have to look at it to know what it say, otherwise it looks like a regular choker. We were at the mall at hot topic and I was looking at their septum rings. There's this women who looked like she was only there because her daughter dragged her in there who was staring at us. Now even though my boyfriend is 20, he has a baby face and honestly looks 16. So we are walking out and I feel like this lady is following us. As we are about to leave security comes up to us and asked how we are doing. We said fine. He asked how old my boyfriend is and I answered for him because he's shy and said 20. We start to walk away but that lady yells at the security "Don't just let them leave". She comes up to my boyfriend and says "Are you okay? Where are your parents?" My boyfriend is looking at me like "Wtf am I supposed to do?" I told her he's fine just shy and she told me the police are own their way... Wtf... So long story short, police came, seperated me and my boyfriend to question us and he showed them his I.D to prove hes an adult and I had to explain we are in a bdsm relationship. We've bern together 2 years and nothing like that has ever happened lol.

Edit: I had no idea cops were being called. I was so confused!

One thing I can say is I'm not mad at this women. Tbh most people would ignore something sketchy that seems to be happening to a younger boy by an older girl. I'm not mad. Annoyed maybe but not mad
