Toddler hates being changed... Help!

My girl hates being changed so much. It's been a few months and I don't know how to make things better. We will be having the best time together and then when I go to change her it totally flips her mood and she cries and cries and cries. Doesn't matter if I'm changing her diaper or just changing her shirt she can't handle it. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make this better? It literally ruins her mood for like an hour afterwards. I thought it was a phase and maybe it is but it's lasted a few months and I don't know what to do. I've given her toys, I'll sing to her, I'll give her a book, I've tried everything that I can think of it is very painful and something that I dread. Please help!
