Pelvic and back pain

So this is my second pregnancy I’m 8w 6d and I’ve been having pelvic and back pain for 2 days now. It’s gotten worse today and tylenol isn’t helping anymore. I have fibroids and they have caused bleeding in my first pregnancy and this pregnancy at 7w. I don’t want to go to the doctor because I don’t have insurance and won’t get insurance until July 3rd, but if I need to I will. So my question is if any of you ladies know what it could be and if I should be worried or if it’s normal and I shouldn’t worry about it to much?
