Anyone taken Cyclizine and their pregnancy be okay?

I might sound silly being paranoid but this is my third pregnancy following two missed miscarriages.

I am 8+1 and have been feeling like this since 5 weeks.

This is the first pregnancy I have experienced 24/7 nausea, dry heaving about 50 times a day with just no quality of life at the moment. All I can do is lie down, vomiting has ramped up in the last 48 hours.

I contacted my GP (UK) and he has prescribed me Cyclizine, I just wondered if anyone else has taken it and everything been okay with their pregnancy?
