Pelvic girdle pain.

Is any suffering from this. Any tips or advice. My doctor basically said shut up and put up. Got to wait 4 weeks before am due my normal consultant appointment at the hospital.

Am in agony, can barely walk, struggle standing straight. It's all my lower bump and across my pelvic bone at the front and radiates down the top inside of my tights. Am not an overweight women and am only 22 weeks with twins. I too scared to go off sick from work as my line manager is a dick and worried he'd push for early maternity leave as it's pregnancy related sickness.
