Early pregnancy symptoms

I’m 18. Me and my boyfriend of 3 years decided that we are going to start trying for a baby. This is the first month that we tried. Although this is also my first month off of birth control. My nipples hurt but my breast don’t, my CM went from sticky for a week after ovulation then about 2 days ago it went very watery and there is a lot of it. About 5-6 days after conception I started to have cramps, not like period cramps, these cramps have been happening for about 5 days. I have been having nausea and slight headaches as well. Are these normal symptoms of very early pregnancy?
